It is found that personalities have a higher chance of suffering a heart attack. Sing more, hum a jingle, whistle a tune, read a poem, listen to symphony. Go to a museum and look at work of arts. Walk in the rain, look at the stars. Do something you have never done before. Go to a ball game and try to be enthouastic, try to scream!
8. Socialize
Socialize and communicate. If you have problems, share them with your partner, close friends or collegues at work (only if you consider them to be your friend of course). Dont think you know all the answers to your problems. Listen carefully to other peoples perhaps more positive point of view. Become a better listener. Talking things over helps you to put problems in perspective. Ask a friend for a hug, it really makes you feel a lot better. Furthermore, quit trying to fix other people, but you may give compliments. Say more often,. Tickle a baby or say something nice to someone once in a while. Even try to say to strangers.
9. Stand up for Yourself
Enhancing your self-esteem also helps to relieve stress. If you usually stumble upon your words, prepare what you want to say in your mind, whether your are at work, shopping or at home. Be firmly but politely; keep a steady voice, but dont shout. Maintain steady eye contact, but dont go staring. Pay attention to your appearance. Be comfortable in whatever you are wearing, avoid tight fitting clothes, be comfortable with the way you look (try a new hair style, manicure, maintain your weight which is actually a topic on itself, etc etc).
10. Take a Deep Breath and practice breathing slowly
When you feel stressed, take a minute or two to calm down by taking a deep breath. Try to breath deep and slowly.
11. Think positive
Stop saying negative things to yourself. Avoid negative people. Dont think tomorrow will be a better day. Do it today! People didnt invent the phrase seize the day or carpe diem for nothing. Work at being cheerful and optimistic.

All reason, perception and awareness of what is real, seize to be within the self. A state of delusion overcomes; beliefs and ideas are severely altered. History and memories are replaced with events that might have never taken place. Name, appearance and personality are distorted to correlate with the corrosion of the self. Relocation and sudden travel to another city or another life are commonplace. Lastly and perhaps, the most destructive and devastating aspect of this affliction inevitably comes to sharp excruciating focus. The condition and all of its aspects don’t exist, they are not real. Conceivably all of this too, was just a figment of a disturbed mind. Here now is a collection of recorded events during such an instance. Where madness consumes and dissolves our conscience, our convictions and the consequence incurred by all of this. A glimpse into a world that quite possibly is just around the corner, awaiting each and every one of us.

We're told Brit Brit is "looking like crazy" to buy a house in a very exclusive part of Calabasas, located in the San Fernando Valley. We hear Brit's heart is set on a place in an extremely well-protected private community, home to rocker Travis Barker among a slew of other famous people. In fact, there are two sets of guard gates keeping Brit's potential new home from the common people.
Sources say Brit's been hanging out in the community gym lately, however, we're told no official deal on the mansion has been made yet.

guys are at clubs for one purpose and one purpose only, even if the objective is executed in various ways and to different degrees. yes, chasing bootie. some, obtaining the 10 digits is hitting jackpot, others, may aim for sending a girl on the walk of shame the following morning. whatever the scenario, the male species will not have any fun without the presence of girls. even if the intended mission fails and a guy leaves a club with his tail tucked between his legs, no numbers, no girl on arm, and 2 bills poorer, he still might recall the night as being enjoyable if there were enough eye candy or meaningless flirting with the hottie that he knew he had no chance with. now, for ladies, on the contrary, we do not need the presence of a bunch of salivating dudes for fun. clubbing is the opportunity to get dolled up, get drunk, and dance the night away in those shoes that give you blisters. all this can happen and be fun with or without the presence of guys. in fact, more often than not, the presence of guys is found to be a buzz kill. no, you cannot c-walk and yes, you are butchering the soulja boy dance. indeed, tipsy ladies might be a lil off in thinking that throwing their hands in the air, claiming every song played is their fav, and freaking one another (irregardless of the beat) is the sexiest thing, it does beat 99% of the males trying to work it on the dance floor in that area. so my point to all this? no, its not to call asian guys uncoordinated, rhythm-less, and monkeys, but to highlight this - what does a guy bring to the table at a club if not literally, drinks. if you clearly arent the main source of entertainment with your lack of stimulating conversation, charm, and groove, then why would we females talk to you if not to get to the point where, hey, im so buzzed i could waltz with a gorilla as long as im moving. and yes, women do not venture to clubs solo. we roll with an entourage. while you male predators may roam around alone or with one wing-man, dont expect us to drop our ladies because your thin wallet only wants to get one of us drinks. i reiterate, the presence of a not so smooth opposite sex is not necessary for us to have fun. lets not forget conversation doesnt start flowing, even if its the same senseless thing repeated 10x, until a few (a lot for others) beverages are consumed. feed the lady enough alcohol, and then maybe, just maybe, youll have that chance in accomplishing your agenda boys. how are you dudes going to complain about the process? if you cannot afford to buy yourself and a girl a drink, you shouldnt be at a club. suck it up. its the way the scene works. lets not try to add more moral and lessons of etiquette to it. call it and accept it for what it is. its a club, not a church, for blogging out loud.
i must also throw in a final point. yeah, cockyasian is proud to not wear makeup, but perhaps you boys should start. i cant remember the last time any of my gfs mentioning an asian version of brad pitt or david beckham making an appearance at a club. another point to let you boys rest assured that no, its not your looks or lack of abs were going after. you want your share of fun, let us get ours. its the 21st century form of bartering. go on now, get your butt to the bar and attempt to become best buds with the bartender.

Fox Reality Channel, the only all-reality, all-the-time cable network, heats up this fall with the debut of the celebrity reality series, Gimme My Reality Show! announced today by David Lyle, President, Fox Reality Channel. Jupiter One are releasing new single 'Platform Moon' on 7th July and debut eponymous album on 14th July on Cordless/Rykodisc.
K Ishibashi and Zac Colwell, the founding members of Jupiter One, are no strangers to the rock roll circus. In fact, thats sort of where they met.
It was like Barnum and Bailey but classier and only one ring," Colwell says, remembering the bus-and-truck outfit he joined for a national tour in 2000. "It was an amazing show with lots of superhuman people." One of them turned out to be another musician Ishibashi, a young violin player who shared eclectic interests in Indian classical music, jazz, funk and the avant-garde. As Ishibashi now recalls, Zac was playing every woodwind imaginable (tenor sax, alto, flute, clarinet, sh'nai). We bonded in our love for soul and contemporary music, and that's really how Jupiter One started."
After the big top folded, the duo hunkered down in Zacs hometown of Austin before moving to New York in 2003 where Jupiter One would officially form. In New York K re-connected with girlfriend Mocha, a Japanese-born keyboardist and fellow violinist who also joined the group, adding a decidedly female perspective to the mix. Jupiter One further evolved with the arrival of drummer Dave Heilman, who rounds out their sound with the distinctive thump the quartet needed. (Fun fact: After a long courtship and studying violin together at Bostons Berklee College of Music, K and Mocha are now husband and wife.)
Today, Jupiter One produce an electrifying, invigorating sound that recalls the pogo-party frenzy of the late 70s-early 80s underground club scene with a contemporary guitar punch that has drawn comparisons to the Killers, Franz Ferdinand, and Bloc Party. Their live shows are marked with a manic intensity, wowing audiences and gaining new fans with their boundless enthusiasm and irresistible charm.
Listeners to Jupiter One's self-titled debut will immediately note that the musicians have no lack of punch. Even as they developed their sound in the immediate wake of guitar-oriented rock acts like The Strokes, the players heard a different style emerging from their incessant rehearsals and jam sessions. Listen to a standout track like Colwells "Kamikaze Pilot" and you can hear it fully realized: what begins as a classic 1960s smoky organ groove becomes ever more complex, the use of multiple keyboards lending rich, and sometimes mysterious, textures to the melody.
"Originally we were going to make synthesizers sound like guitars," explains Heilman, paying heed to the bands impressive collection of vintage analog synths, which include the Roland Juno- 60 and the Prophet (favored by such artists as Electric Light Orchestra and Chromeo). But, the band's multi-instrumental knack finally won the day. "When Zac would play the guitar, it was so much fun. We ended up with two guitars and three synthesizers. We figured, the more colors you have the better, so why not?"
Jupiter Ones radio-ready debut single, summarizes the bands ability to transcend genre boundaries. Opening with a hypnotic, scrappy riff, the track builds up to a wall of fuzz until it soars into a dreamy, psychedelic haze, as if Wire had morphed into the Beatles. is currently infecting college radio and websites around the globe and the band is quickly racking up new fans with its song placement in the popular video game, EA SPORTS Madden NFL 08.
Jupiter Ones self-titled debut album was sequenced by Cordless Recordings founder, Jac Holzman. When the hairs on the back of my neck stand up with the excitement of discovery I pay close attention. And stand they did for Jupiter One's first single, an uncommonly fresh and gripping track, Holzman raved.
Armed with a bucketful of adventurous pop songs, Jupiter One is a band on the brink. While their music is poised to become less and less of a mystery, the bands name itself seems to remain cloaked in ambiguity. According to Heilman, it is neither a reference to Rolands Jupiter line of synthesizers nor is it a shout-out to the beloved 1960s sci-fi show, Lost in Space. Jupiter 2 was the name of the spaceship that stranded the Robinson family on a far-flung planet in the Irwin Allen series. Jupiter 1 was used on a failed mission, Heilman says, chuckling at the irony.
We think it is safe to say that Jupiter One, the band, is destined to land safely into the ears of music lovers around the globe.

Let me first start off by saying that I am neither a Laker fan nor a Celtics fan. I USED to be a Laker fan since I was a kid back in the Magic era but stopped rooting for them after Shaq left. But yeah, I just finished watching Game 6. Wow what an UGLY game. I dont think ive ever seen a team get blown out that bad. And to think these are the two BEST teams in the NBA? The Lakers gave upperiod. They were outcoached, outrebounded, outhustled, outshot, and basically PUNKED by the Celtics. And its not even this game, its the whole SERIES. The Lakers had consistently been outplayed since Game 1. Where was Kobe? Where was Lamar? I highly doubt MJ would have let the Bulls squander a 24 point lead in the Finals. Wouldnt have happened. Since im in a major hating mood lets go down the roster:

Kobe - So I guess we can put those Kobe to MJ comparisons to rest. Yes the Celts played GREAT defense on Kobe but geezus.he shot HORRIBLY. And his leadership skills SUCKED. You could see him sulking and bitching at his teammates the whole series. Definitely not his best moment. Like ive always said, Kobe is a great player, but his attitude SUCKS. LBJ baby. Witness! hahahaha.
The Celts REALLY impressed me. I had written them off at the start of the series but damnthey REALLY impressed me. Great team ball and great hard nosed defense. It was fun to watch them. Im glad KG, Ray Ray, and Pierce finally got their rings..the deserved it with the great play they had. And their supporting castwow. Rondo, Perkins, Powe, Brown, House, and POSEY! That Posey dude is the MAN. What a great pickup for the Celts.
